Thank you for checking out my portfolio!
I'm a third year student at UC Berkeley, studying Mechanical Engineering and Intelligent Electronic Systems. I specialize in designing, reworking, and evolving human-controlled and autonomous robotics.
As a black belt in taekwondo and a competitor in tricking (sport involving backflips, tornado kicks, corkscrews, etc.), I have always loved being active. Unfortunately, an ACL tear abruptly put my athletic activities to a halt. Ever since then, I have been working continuously to use my creativity and abilities to create robots that support and serve people in need just like me.
One of my current obsessions is with robot combat. After seeing UC Berkeley compete their 250lb combat robot Glitch on Discovery's BattleBots, I knew I had to get involved. Inspired by the genius engineering displayed on the show, I designed my own combat robots that landed me a role in my school's combat robotics team. Now, I'm designing robots at every weight class from 1lb to 250lbs of pure combat power!
